LL vertical centrifuge is mai唱們nly used for the dehyd女我ration of the fine cleaned coal and秒玩 middings coal, and also ca訊章n be used for the soli子雜d-liquid separation. If the fe但對eding size is 0~25mm,公店 the feeding moisture is less than t場樹he 30%, then the outer m們間oisture will be 6~12%. The南玩 processing capacity will 理鐘be different with different coal算快 quality and feeding siz有紙e composition. In general, with the inc來年rease of the fine partic美坐le, the processing capac資白ity will be reduced and長計 the moisture will incre街知ase.

The screen is the key parts of the c年他entrifuge, because the friction fo得多rce applied by the processing materia畫空l on the screen is very big during the知內 working period of the screen放窗. Our screen have following five a聽數dvantages.
1.We adopt the robotic automatic年兒 welding MIG procedur下自e, which can make sure 相醫the effective welding of the ba南信rs.
2. For the material of the街現 screen, we choose the spec場農ial nonmagnetic abrasive 可的stainless steel.
3. Our engineer design the ba笑制rs to be a trapezoid大雨 with small discharging日笑 angle, thinner width and en關暗ough height. The height inc遠紅rease of bars can prolong the work劇還ing life, and the small音國 discharging angle can slow到跳 the change of the scre畫說en mesh to keep the separa弟間tion accuracy of the冷日 processing material.
